These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SnapPix (the “Service”). The Service includes our website, the SnapPix web application, and any related pages, features, and content.

By creating an account or signing up for SnapPix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up or use the Service.

Who we are

SnapPix (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides tools for event hosts to collect and share photos uploaded by guests. SnapPix is a trading name of DELM DIGITAL LIMITED (company number 14873125), based in Manchester, United Kingdom. These Terms are a contract between you and DELM DIGITAL LIMITED (Companies House number 14873125). The service is built and maintained by Delm Digital. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your location (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to create an account and use the Service.

Your account

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • Access: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Service description

SnapPix enables event hosts to create an event and share a unique QR code or link so guests can upload photos. Hosts can view, download, and share the resulting gallery subject to the plan features and limits described at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload content that violates privacy rights or includes personal data without appropriate permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service (e.g. hacking, malware, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks).
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

User content (photos and uploads)

  • Your rights: You retain ownership of the content you upload.
  • Licence to operate: You grant SnapPix a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service (for example, to render galleries and enable downloads).
  • Responsibility: You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the content.

Payments, plans, and refunds

  • Purchases: If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout.
  • Third-party processors: Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms may also apply.
  • Refunds: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you cancel your event or are unsatisfied with the service before your scheduled event start date. Contact hello@snap-pix.co.uk and we will process eligible refunds promptly.

Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We also use cookies and similar technologies; you can manage optional cookies via the cookie banner on the site.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding user content), is owned by SnapPix or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SnapPix harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
